I have a GTX 1050TI
16GB RAM
I3 6100

I was thinking about getting Watch Dogs 2 or Just Cause 3, and heard that they are terribly opitmized, and that Just Cause specifically stutters a lot, but with my specs, could I run the game at 30-60fps at medium-ultra settings? (I don't mind playing at 720p, 768p, or 900p)

gonna be pretty hard, but i think on the med settings it's still possible
i3 gonna be struggling with those game though, they are CPU demanding games too (big maps, lots of texture, lots of effects, especially with the poor optimization too)
