Sadly my old computer can only go up to 8 gigs of memory and to play my games better I need a new rig. Could you guys kindly help with this? Its gonna be slow as I have $350 to START with and will have to wait until another pay day to continue but I at least can start right?

what's your old PC anyway? perhaps with some modding u can still use it? (even 8 GB is still pretty decent for gaming nowdays)
if u insist on getting a new rig though, just get an office prebuilt (usually i5 + 8 GB ram and stuff like that) for 100-200$ and use the rest of your money to buy a GTX 1050ti
don't get a SFF (small form factor) version, it'll limit your upgradability
