Today I started to build my new PC. Everything went well. Motherboard lights turned on, fans started spinning, and everything seemed fine. Then when I started to plug in my mouse and keyboard the light flashed for second and then turned off. Also my case didn't come with a USB 3.0 pin to plug into my motherboard. I also have a blank screen on my monitor. Should I plug my monitor to graphics card?

Also do you need that blue usb 3.0 connector to use the usb 3.0 on the motherboard that I have. My case doesn't come with it. Also my motherboard has no USB 2.0 slots.

My parts:

Processor- AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Graphics Card- Gigabyte Nvidia GT 1030
Motherboard- Asus B320M-A
Power Supply- EVGA 500w Power Supply
RAM-Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 8GB Single Module
Case-Rosewill Micro Atx Mini Tower Computer Case

Thanks In Advance

Solution
Yes. If you have your Graphics Card installed you should connect your monitor to it and not on the Motherboard.
If afterwards it shows no image you have to troubleshoot. Either resettle your Ram sticks or your Gpu for starters. If you have a Pc speaker connected, the beeps it makes should also tell you what is not working.
When you turn it on and everything is ok, you should hear one short beep.
