Can't talk in any game.

Okay so I have a headset that works, I can see levels moving in Windows "Recording Devices" section, I have tested My mic in Steam and Origin, reconfigured it, etc so when I'm in any MP/Co-op game, I don't see My mic moving and people can't hear Me anymore. I can't think of anything I might have done or downloaded, it just auto mutes My mic in any game from any source even though I can hear Myself in various testing settings, Cortana can hear Me, etc. When I get into any online game it just auto mutes Me somehow... What do I do?

Any game that has online, when I go to settings in-game AND on their distribution applications, it says USB Headphones or Headset and I can hear Myself there but in-game, nope

No, it has the correct one listed in-game but no it does not show an indicator... Which I'm wondering why does the mic somehow mute and how do I fix this, I can hear Myself and see levels everywhere, the correct device is selected but I can't talk in any game, only in games
