So which one of the above will be good for gaming(sometimes record gameplay using shadowplay) if i am not overclocking the cpu??
Here's the rig-
GPU - Gtx 1060 6 gb
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
MOTHERBOARD - Asus Strix b350f or b250f(depending upon the cpu)
Hdd - wd blue 1 tb
Psu - Corsair vs550 550 watts
Cabinet - corsair spec alpha
I feel intel is better for gaming and so the benchmarks show. I think i5 7600 will be good for me as i will not be overclocking. And also, will the intel stock cooler be enough for i5 7600 as it can't be overclocked?(for gaming only)

Solution
Get a 1600. In the USA they're only like $18 more than a 1500x and a lot better gaming wise. A 7600 basically always beats a 1500x a 1600 trades back and forth and is on a socket that'll likely be upgradeable through 2020. The 7600 is toast upgrade wise in 2 months or less probably
