I am looking for an upgrade from I3 6100, 3,7 GHz, and i have a budget of 300 usd.

Can anyone recommend me some cpus for that price? Thanks. :)

Two most obvious choices: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/dQM323,9mRFf7/ (note that 7600K comes without cooler)
I doubt you have Z170 or Z270 motherboard, so you could not overclock 7600K, but even without OC it is still worthy CPU. 7700 is non-OC chip on the other hand, but it has hyper-threading. Both can be used without changing motherboard (although you would need to upgrade BIOS before CPU swap).
