Best budget pc build from now.

Hi

Looking to build me first pc.

What I want is something can handle games like destiny 2 and GTA v with 60fps and high graphics Also I use adobe programs like photoshop so I would like good storage. Also good streaming Netflix and such.

That's what I want my build to do.
So has of today what is the best I can get for the best price ?

What budget do you have ? A $400 budget and a $800 budget are very different builds.

Do you have an Intel or AMD bias? Either manufacturer would be possible. Do you have any existing parts ?

It's a bit over budget, but if you can afford it I'd say it's worth the extra money. If you can't, get this ram.

If you're the type that plays latest game I'd say u may changing gpu in 6years.

Every parts can be upgraded so long you've the money to do so.

I don't mind changing the graphics card every so often

future game I've got my eye will be the new age of empires. But yeah I do like to play new titles. Especially shooters and open world games.
