3 questions about gtx 750ti

The first question : Is my bronze cooler master 400w enough for gtx 750ti？
The second:Are all brands of gtx 750ti have vga port？
The third:Is gtx750ti compatible with PCI Express 3.0？Do I have to connect the 6 pin connector for it if I put it in pcie 3.0？
My motherboard is b75m d3h

1st- yes i think the PSU will be enofgh for 750ti depends on your other system parts
2nd - almost most of the brand have VGA port but still if they dont have most if the GPU comes with the converter from DVI to VGA and if not you can buy that port easily
3rd Yes the card is campatable with the PCI-3.0 and if its 3.0 doesnt mean you have to connect to 6pin to work it 3.0
i dont think the 750ti needs additional power so no 6 pin and even if there is which has 1% change it has nothing to do with PCI-E 3.0
