Was gifted a pre-built Gateway pc with a motherboard that has been shorted out. I want to swap out the motherboard and let my sister use the pc, but the problem I'm running into is not knowing the form factor I need for the case. I've tried searching for the form factor, but have not found any info on it. Is there any way to tell what form factor the current motherboard is? If it helps, the model of the pc is Gateway DX4300-15E.

" It comes in three sizes: standard (305 mm. x 244 mm. or 12 inches x 9.6 inches), minimum (171.45 mm. x 171.45 mm. or 6.9 inches x 6.9 inches), and maximum (244 mm. x 244 mm. or 9.6 inches x 9.6 inches)."

fast forward:
most atx have 3+ PCIE
most microATX have 2 PCIE
Most miniITX have 1 PCIE and are ~squares
any smaller you would notice.
