Issues with RAM

Ok, so I'm a first time builder, I was sure I did everything correctly but for some reason when I turn the PC on it gives me the 3 beep code. The blue power LED flashes at the front of the PC, the CPU fan runs and a green standby light shows on the motherboard. The motherboard is a Intel DH67CL and I have 4 sticks of Kingston HyperX (DDR3) RAM, each stick is 16GB and 1600Mhz. I've tried 1 stick, then 2, still the same result.
Any ideas?

That RAM is not supported on that motherboard and it looks like 16GB sticks x4 for a total of 64GB? Your motherboard only supports up to 32GB max and the operating frequency of those RAM sticks is too high; your motherboard only supports 1333MHz and 1066MHz unless otherwise stated on the supported memory list. Here is the supported RAM page for that motherboard:

You will need to get one of the supported RAM sticks on that list or make sure you conform with this list before you buy your next set of RAM for that motherboard:

- Check max amount of supported RAM (Yours is 32GB max)
- Check minimum amount of support RAM (Yours is 512MB...

You will need to get one of the supported RAM sticks on that list or make sure you conform with this list before you buy your next set of RAM for that motherboard:

- Check max amount of supported RAM (Yours is 32GB max)
- Check minimum amount of support RAM (Yours is 512MB minimum)
- Check DDR type (Yours supports DDR3)
- Check pin count (DDR3 which is yours supports 240-pin count)
- Check operating frequency of the supported RAM (Yours supports 1333MHz & 1066MHz)
- Check voltage of supported RAM (Yours is 1.5V)
- Check to see if your motherboard requires ECC or if non-ECC RAM is okay (Error-Correcting Code but your motherboard supports non-ECC so you're fine)

This RAM should work with your motherboard and you could order two packages of this for a total of 32GBs of RAM:

Hope that helps!
