I have amd a8 6600k cpu on a58ml motherboard and I'm trying to get the bloody heatsink off and I just can't. I've done all steps and I need help I can post pictures please I need help

Solution
The only advice I can think of is to post part of the instructions:

"Gently hold and twist the HSF to break the adhesion seal caused by the thermal interface material (TIM) between the processor and HSF base
Note! Twist in a clock and anti-clockwise rotational direction, which creates a shear force in the thermal interface. Failure to break the adhesion seal between the HSF and the processor may result in pulling the processor out of the socket, possibly resulting in processor and / or socket damage."

You may need to repeat the process several times, carefully, until it comes loose.

Make sure there's no obvious mount or screw holding things in place.
hmm power on the pc and do some stress test on it let it heat and then try dont push it too harder i have seen many CPU came off with heatsink and leaves both CPU and MB dead
or you can try with very fine small screw driver just try to stick it between the cpu and heatsink

Update on this:
The thermal paste made it so hard for the heat sink to come off. I grew some balls and I used all my force to yank it off and it actually worked. It was hard work. So I guess changing thermal paste before it makes it incredibly hard to come off is a good idea.
