Bought a new Graphics Card but computer won't detect it

I have an Alienware x51 and I wanted to upgrade my GPU.

I bought a Geforce GTX 1050 Ti Aero ITX.

However my computer will not detect it. It is not showing up in Device Manager (Even in hidden devices) and I can't install the drivers because NVIDIA says it doesn't detect compatible hardware.

I updated BIOS to A14 and I have tried switching the Primary display setting between both options available, IGFX and Discrete.

The fan on the graphics card is running so I know it is getting enough power.

I have gone through many forums and have yet to find a solution. Thanks for any help.

When I put in the old card it does work, it was a Geforce GT 545. PSU is 440W, new card only needs 75W

Dude if you connect your monitor to new card and turn on the pc if it doesnt output any signal (POST SCREEN, WINDOWS STARTUP) than its the bios broblem, also its possible that Dell disabled recogniton of other hardwere exept the one that was in witch is common in prebult systems.

Do you have a UEFI based bios or Legacy one (silver background with blue letters ect), some cards requere uefi bios on your mobo to be recognised (AM2 platform specialy has that problem). No uefi suported cards are Nvidia 600 series or lower and on AMD side 200 series)

Sorry for many mistakes.
