Intel i5 6500 over heating

My cpu cooler is overheating still . I tried applying new paste and I’m stilling running over 80 degrees. It a cooler master cpu cooler and I can’t cool down my computer. Not affecting anything currently but I know it will over time

Cooler Master sell several coolers; which one are you using? That CPU is relatively easy to cool, but it also depends on what you run when it exceeds 80°C (Prime95 Small FFTs is a good example) and your ambient temperature.
