So I have had problems with my old motherboard, and I bought a working one, and since i installed it in my PC, it has been running slow. FPS has dropped and things like web browsing etc.. are running slower. Could it be something related to BIOS or is it something else. And i'm having this massage like one or more high dpi panels are connected. Games like LoL etc should be running like 200fps and now it's like 15-20fps
Specs:
Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 955
Motherboard: ASRock N68-GE3 UCC
RAM: 8GB
GPU: AMD HD 7950 3GB 256bit
Power supply: Thermaltake TR2 RX-550
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Solution
The "High DPI Panel" message is coming from Radeon Settings.

Did you do a clean install of Windows with the new motherboard? In any case, you try doing a clean uninstall of your graphics drivers (with Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode) and reinstall the recommended package.

EDIT: I would recommend NOT having an active network connection while you do this
