GTA san andreas error

I had to copy dx3dx9_27.dll into the GTA:SA game folder of my non-Steam version to get it to work. Windows 10 actually comes with all of the DX9 files. It's just that after KB3081424, DX9 games can't see into the folder where they are.

Or in the GTA forums, someone said:
In your GTA:SA folder d3d9.dll is the DirectX 9 file required, however, GTA:SA doesn't detect it. To fix this problem, rename it to d3d9_32.dll

what do i do with the files because if i just download it and leave it it doesnt work

it did the excact same thing, i restarted my pc just in case too but nope, still just your need at least direct x 9.0
