i5 7600K - High cpu usage under load

depending on the game, 90-100% cpu usage is more and more common, especially if/when not GPU limited, or, attempting 144 Hz gameplay. You can try ending all absolutely non-essential cpu/Windows tasks ahead of time to free some cpu resources, or, raising texture, AA, and/or resolution to shift some of the heavy work back to the GPU. If you are already at a GTX1080Ti, you might be stuck where you are. (More and more users are reporting seeming overtasked with 4c/4t setups in recent games, but, not all....)

and certainly few of the newest games are going to run at a constant 100 fps on a mid range GPU with only a 4c/4 thread processor, as there will be natural frame rate peaks, valleys, etc, when in small spaces/staring at a wall, or, within a wide open area with lots of rendering to accomplish, respectively.

Yes I agree with you, but I can't not play with this fps drops....

I hear the CSGO example mentioned often....

If one 7600K runs great, and another does not, then some botched driver or additional WIndows tasking is occurring causing the framerate drop. Perhaps your texture detail is different, or, GPUs are different. If graphical settings and resolution are set to high/Ultra with mid range GPUs then load should shift a bit to GPU, causing cpu utilization to drop. If the system used to work fine, perhaps a recent WIndows update might have botched a GPU driver, opting instead for WIndows default driver somewhere...

Are you still getting this issue? I ran into the same problem at mid august. My gpu load hovers around 50 percent and my cpu load is constantly around 90-100 percent. Both temps are absolutely fine however. Have you found a solution?
