I have reinstalled windows multiple times, check all my hardware that I could memory tests, and hdd tests. Nothing comes back with issues. All drivers are up to date, have tried everything everyone recommends. After about 4-5 hours my pc just freezes, and nothing happens, have tried waiting and it won't unfreeze unless I manually press the power button. Also sometimes when i use it for an hour it freezes so its not time based its completely random. These are my specs https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vWbHm8. I have also had MSI afterburner and Core temp on a lot. Nothing is overheating, the only thing I have not done is update BIOS, I hear its a pain to do. Please help.

Update, I updated my bios, and got a new cpu same one. My cpu temps were running at 100c, so I underclocked my cpu and its down to max 75c. Made it 6 days without freezing, so I downloaded maleware bytes and a few other security softwares. And it froze twice during that day. I uninstalled everything and its still freezing like it was before. Next step would be to try a new MOBO, less likely its the PSU but could be.

Solution
make a linux USB stick and boot to that. it the issue is software linux will be stable. if linux is freezing, hardware is the issue.

Try take out one ram stick, if it still freezes, switch it with thw other one and see id it freezes. If both freeze, then turn on your computer and don't do anything, if it dlesn't freeze, the freeze iscprobably due to an overheated cpu/gpu.

freezes. could it be that the image on the screen has frozen, but the system is still running? I have had this issue before, a quick test.
remove the GPU and see if the random freezes happen on the iGPU.
I would run the memory through three passes of memtest86 to check for errors.

Tried rotating the ram and it still freezes. I have all new hardware and theres no way anything is overheating. Everything runs at about 60c. It has got to be some stupid software that keeps freezing up my computer.
