Ryzen 1600 Idle 3.2ghz and 3.4 Full Load instead of 3.6

Any fix? Using a budget asus a320m-k mobo with Corsair 2400mhz 8gb vengeance Ram. CineBench: 3.4hz Max

Ryzen 1600 has a base clock of 3,2. It will boost all cores to 3,4. If it's lightly loaded, it will boost two cores up to 3,6. So it's working as it should, there's nothing to fix.

Yup. However, if you want to grab a b350 board, you can overclock.
