What do you mean 'hook' ?
Use the HP as a monitor? Does it have an HDMI IN port?

Are you sure it has HDMI IN ? Because the specs says HDMI OUT.

"Ports & Slots

1. Optical Drive | 2. AC Power | 3. Gigabit Ethernet | 4. USB 2.0 Port | 5. HDMI out | 6. Audio line out | 7. USB | 2.0 Port | 8. 4-in-1 Card Reader (SD, SDHC, SDXC) | 9. USB 3.0 Ports | 10. USB 3.0 Ports | 11.Headset jack"

There is not a "special cord"
There is no video IN function on that system.

And even if there were...it would just be "a monitor".
Not "the primary PC".

But..still unclear exactly what you are looking for here.

No.
You would be 'using' this new 'gaming PC'.
And your all in one has no video in capability. So you'd need a monitor for the 'gaming pc'.

From above...
"your all in one has no video in capability."

From further above:

Ports & Slots

1. Optical Drive | 2. AC Power | 3. Gigabit Ethernet | 4. USB 2.0 Port | 5. HDMI out | 6. Audio line out | 7. USB | 2.0 Port | 8. 4-in-1 Card Reader (SD, SDHC, SDXC) | 9. USB 3.0 Ports | 10. USB 3.0 Ports | 11.Headset jack

No.
There is literally no actual space or PCIe port to put a GPU.
Additionally, it has a 65 watt power adapter. Completely insufficient for any GPU.
