Random ping spikes

So for the past week I have had problems in CSGO with random lag spikes. I assumed it would go away but I have yet to see it do so. I switched between my 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks, both have the same issue. I have reset my router. I need to use WiFi because I cannot run an ethernet cable to my room. I am using command prompt ping command to test the ping to Google (ping google.com -t). I am seeing pings in the 40's to 50's, which is a bit high. The ping goes into the 60's and even spikes to the 100's. I also am seeing the request timeout occasionally. I am assume this is something with my ISP because I have tried everything I can think of and nothing is working. What else should I try?
Edit: I just saw it jump to 296ms and 430.

Run a few more of the tests with the target being CSGO.

As packets can and do take different paths along the way some results may be better than others.

What you are looking for is some consistent issue along the way. May or may not be within even your ISP's control.

Maybe someone is cheating.....

Here's the results. I have only seen this in CSGO, however CSGO is the only online game I'm playing right now.
