i have an amd firepro m5950 with 1024mb of dedicated vram but i have a total of 4864mb of vram, i would like t crank up the amount of dedicated vram. thx

You simply can't. Dedicated Vram that is the vram soldered onto the gpu, the rest of the vram that is detected is what is shared with the system ram and is a whole lot slower than the Gddr5 that gpu uses.
