Did i fry something?

I was redoing my cable management for my monitors and PC, and when i was plugging everything back into the wall I accidentally used a 3 prong monitor power cable instead of my 3 prong PSU power cable to plug in my power supply. I swapped the cables to how they should be but now, after turning the PSU off and on again and unplugging and replugging it back in every second or so my PC receives a .1 or so second of power (I can tell by the power button on the motherboard itself, and the lights on my headset). I know this may sound silly or whatever but honestly I can't think of anything else it could be. I've checked the breaker but it wouldn't receive any power at all if the breaker was tripped or something. Any insight would be appreciated.

Solution
All those power cables are same and all can handle many times required power so if they are in working order it should make no difference.
Tripped breaker can't give you any power, that's why it's called "Breaker" !!
