I'm looking for recommendations for 140mm case fans that have as good or better air flow compared to my current two exhaust fans.

Looking to buy 2 140mm fans through newegg and I have been looking at some of the noctua and corsair fans but get so many conflicting reviews I am uncertain what to get.
system specs
Phanteks Enthoo luxe full tower
I7 6700k which will be soon cooled by a cryorig h5 ultimate air cooler
Asus Strix gtx 1080
Asus z170 Mark 1 Motherboard
EVGA SuperNova g2 750w psu
current cooling fans are:
2 phanteks 140mm fans as shown in the top link
1 200mm phanteks case fan used for intake (will likely be replaced in the future).
preference for idling or light use would be silent or near silent
while under load less noise would be preferable but medium levels would be acceptable.
Currently the fans that came with the case are controlled via a phanteks PWM though I plan to reconnect them to the motherboard instead and use the Thermal Radar 2 software that comes with the ASUS z170 Mark 1 for better speed control.
