i have installed windows 7 64bit using
legacy bios now after installation using legacy bios can i change from uefi now or should i format tge drive and install Windows 7 64bit again with uefi? only reason i used legacy bios is that i feel safe with it than uefi im not familiar with it legacy is more familiar to me so can i change from legacy to uefi after installation of windows 7 ultimate 64 by legacy bios
my motherboard asus a 68hm-k and i have 250gb hdd im confused by other people saying uefi is much better and reliable legacy is not and legacy can only handle 16bit oses pls help

Everything is compatible with BIOS. BIOS systems can run 64bit OS like any other UEFI.

UEFI has optimizations like secure boot and fast boot options among other things.

No you cannot switch between BIOS and UEFI after install.
