Check here for the CPU-Z Specs when I got Windows 7 to work somehow:
Click Here for my Computer Specs

Motherboard: ZEB - 945
CPU, RAM and HDD have to be like 9 years old.Motherboard is relatively new and was replaced about 3 - 4 years ago.
PC has exactly 3 OS: Lubuntu,Windows 7 ,Windows 7.

This BSOD has been haunting me for about an year and a half, I couldn't find a solution myself.Searched a lot but nothing helped. Many seem to say that this BSOD is hardware related but Lubuntu works with this PC flawlessly.I believe that should strike out the 'hardware fault' possibility.I hope you guys can find a solution for this problem.

Let's get to the BSOD.

This Blue Screen occurs during the startup. The black screen with the Starting Windows text appears but those flying balls of color which eventually make the Windows logo don't.After some seconds, this happens:

STOP ID: 0x0000005C (0x0000010B, 0x00000001 ,0x00000000 ,0x00000000)

This BSOD can be bypassed easily but it still remains clinging with its hectic after-effects.

It is bypassed by disabling ACPI APIC Support in the BIOS.But it leaves the OS to work with only a single core. BUT Lubuntu works flawlessly with both cores functioning when it's enabled. But, Windows 7 doesn't, it gives me this BSOD all the time.

Here are the screenshots (Lubuntu):

Single Core (ACPI Disabled)(Right) + Dual Core (ACPI Enabled)(Left)

Lubuntu works fine but Windows encounters some critical problems.

I tried the Hotfix from Microsoft.Unfortunately,it didn't work for me.
Here's the article.
Here's the Hotfix.

I tried All Safe Modes and Windows Installation CD too during the BSOD.All lead to this dead end.

I can't get the dump file.I tried changing the pagefile capacity, creating a Minidump folder.Dumpfiles are nowhere to be found.I hope the provided information is sufficient for finding the fault.

If you have reached till the end of this post, thank you very much for patiently reading the whole thing.

Thank you for the support!

Solution
Install the updates in groups and note what updates are being installed.
If the system crashes, install the updates of the group 1 at a time and see which one causes the problem.

Can you boot into Windows with ACPI disabled, and enable it from Windows? Going into the device manager and enable ACPI from there.

Well, I tried your method of enabling ACPI from Device Manager. It's a dead end. Here's the shot.

State:Device is working properly.
Driver File Details:Driver files are not required or cannot be loaded for this driver.
Update:It says that the system has determined that the driver is of its latest version.

I tried to update. But once all the updates were installed, Windows wouldn't boot even with ACPI APIC support disabled.I guess I will be shifting to Arch Linux now.Anyways, Thank you for helping me out here.
