My PC specifications,

Intel DH61WW motherboard
Intel core i3 2120 3.3 ghz
4gb transcend ram
450 watt intex psu
1 tb hard drive
No graphics card.

I was looking for a gpu and found two option suiting my budget, GT 730 2gb and GT 1030. I know GT 1030 2gb ddr5 is good gpu but i wanna
Confirm that does this gpu supports my Motherboad and will it bottleneck my cpu?
And also i am looking for better ram too. Suggest me best 8gb ddr3 ram for my Motherboard.
Thnx in advance!!

Many questions, let's try to answer all of them in one post:

- your motherboard natively supports 1333MHz DDR3 memory (or 1600 via overclock), which means that you can actually buy and use 1600 MHz memory, but it will work at 1333MHz speed when stock, or you can "overclock" it to 1600MHz. EVen if you fail to overclock it, it is still worth it, it means virtually meaningless performance difference in practice.
- motherboard has only 2 memory slots: that means that you need to buy two DDR3 modules, 4GB each.
- BIOS update won't make any difference in your case, don't bother
- Any PCI-e 3.0 card will work with PCI-e 2.0 slot. No difference in performance, since even the fastest card on the planet today can barely saturate PCI-E 2.0 x16...

@zarmaan the model of my psu is intex techno 450 20+4 pin
And my budget is 7000 inr for graphics card.
Should I get corsair vengeance 1333mhz 8gb ddr3 ram or g skill 1333mhz 8gb ddr3 ram? both are available in same price.

The GT 1030 will have zero issues with your motherboard, though if you plan on gaming i urge you to get a GTX 1050Ti. Your CPU won't bottleneck on either card except in CPU heavy games like BF1, Watch Dogs 2, The Witcher 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Division, Ghost Recon Wildlands and some others. Though in those games any i3-i5 CPU out not would/could have issues with them. In most games you would be fine though. So yeah A GT 1030 is fine but i think a GTX 1050Ti would be better. Sandy-bridge CPUs still run strong in gaming ( I have a 6C/12T sandy bridge CPU myself). As for ram I would get 8GB of DDR3 1600mhz ram with the lowest CL rate you can find.

my motherboard does not support 1600 mhz ram do i have to update bios to make it support 1600mhz ram.
Also my motherboard has pci-e 2.0 not 3.0 so the gtx 1050ti might not support it. So will gt 1030 support it??

- 1030 is OK card, but as stated above, 1050Ti would be a *huge* improvement over 1030, let alone over your integrated card. Consider it instead.
- PSU is crap quality, but all of the GPUs you consider are very power efficient and you should not have any problems.

GT 1050 ti is out of my budget my budget is only 7000 inr or 110 usd. So i can't buy 1050 ti
Is there any other graphics card for this budget or i stick to GT 1030?

Beat me to it but generally what he said though getting ram speed to work at 1600mhz is not meaningless difference between 1333mhz. Though 1600mhz would be a decent speed bump in some newer games like BF1, Fall out 4 and a few others...for the most part as stated it is still worth getting 1600mhz ram. Also get the lowest CL rated ram stick you can find for 1600mhz. Lower CL can be just as big a performance jump as faster ram speed is.

So HyperX FURY 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Blue will be perfect for my motherboard?
And also tell me how to OC my motherboard for 1600 mhz RAM?

Go into bios and manually set your ram speed and CL timings for the best speed/performance. You should also be able to choose XMP profiles but I find setting speeds/CL manually give you the best performance. Ultimately how you set your speed and timings i up to you.

Here is what I'd go for:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144

Now, take note that this RAM has considerable height which can be an issue with some large CPU coolers. If you have such cooler, it is better to go for low profile version:

CL9 timing is better than CL10.

HyperX Fury RAM is also fine. Make sure you get 2 modules of 4GB (for dual channel). A single 8GB stick will also work, but only in single channel. Not much difference, but why not gain more for the same money, right? ;)
