Computer turns on but monitor just displays black screen

So basically, my new PC was working fine all of a sudden and then I see the screen go white and then turn black. I didn't know what to do, so I turned off my computer 5 minutes later and the screen has remained black ever since.

I don't know what has caused this and if you want my specs you can find them below:

CPU: Ryzen 3 1300X
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
Motherboard: AS ROCKS
RAM: 8GB

I'm not entirely sure what's wrong, the PC itself APPEARS to boot up fine and I know for a fact the monitor is not at fault for this as I've tested it!

Any solutions/ideas to get this sorted out?

The ram was in the same slot as it was when it was working, I took it out and put it in the other slot but still no results, same thing happened again :(

Maybe the GPU is at fault here? The fan spins when I turn on the PC but then stops like 5 seconds after (I think this is normal as the fan wasn't spinning when it was working and I was just browsing, but correct me if I'm wrong).

I'll try ordering another GPU but for now does anyone have any other possible fixes/solutions?

That's a small issue, I have no other PC build to test this (my first time building a PC and owning one). I have a laptop if that helps with suggestions but thats it

Found the issue today, it turns out it was a faulty GPU! Not entirely sure what went wrong, maybe it was blown or something but I've replaced it and now my PC works fine!
