Will AMD A8 7650K APU work with a dedicated GPU? (RX 580)

Hi all, I curretly have an AMD A8 7650K APU with an Asus A68HM - Plus motherboard and i am looking to buy a dedicated graphics card. Does anyone know if the "PowerColor Red Devil Golden Sample Radeon Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5" graphics card will be compatible with the APU and motherboard.

max you should pair with it is a gtx 1050 ti

if you want more gpu then its time for a complete system rebuild with either ryzen or intel

What if he use a 750w PSU? Does the motherboard would have enough power to handle it properly? (I have the same build, but 12gb ram, and a 600w PSU, still not turning on :c halp)
