I've bought a used Pc for about a week. It had a Windows 7 on it and those are the specs :
Intel core i5 2320
12 GB RAM
500 GB hdd
Integrated Gpu
Now whenever I open Internet Explorer it crashes or don't show the pages correctly
I've tried chrome and it appears that it's worse and crashes always immediately
I can't play any video or game
I've tryed to install another operating system but in w10 case it crashes on the first screen and in w7 case it crashes when it's 100% complete
Also in safemode the same problems

I've tryed another Ram, Gpu and hdd but nothing changes
Can anyone know what's the solution please

Solution
A bad CPU can still function through the boot process but as I said before it is highly unlikely that the CPU is your issue. I would like to say it’s your hard drive but you have tried different ones with no results. That leaves the motherboard as the most probable culprit for causing your issues.

Try swapping out your motherboard and see if your issue is fixed. That’s really the last component you have to change out since you’ve tried everything else.

No I've tried with another Psu I have wich I'm sure that it work but I still have the same problem.
If I let the Pc on it won't have problems but if I tried to do anything from what I wrote above it will crash immediately.
