Cut/paste in phone memory deleted photos

I accessed my phones memory using my pc. I made a folder in DCIM-camera to move my vacation photos into. I tried to cut/paste the photos into the new folder and they got deleted. Please im desperate for help to get the photos back.

1. Never Cut/Paste. Copy/Paste instead. Verify it exists on the target device....and then you can delete fromt he source.

2. Are you sure those photos don't exist on the PC? Search for one of the file names. They may have ended up in a different folder.

Never transferred anything to pc, always stayed within the phone folders. I also used about 4 recovery apps/programs which were able to find month old photos but not photos i made yesterday and got deleted today. Seems they've just disappeared
