CPU usage too high -- is it normal?

Hello everyone,
I am using Amd ryzen 5 1600 in non-oc mode. I do lot of video and 3d render.
During a 3D render my cpu usage reaches to 100%,while RAM usage is 55-60% max, is it OK? or would it decrease my cpu's life?
