How much watt would GTX 1070 paired with an i5-7600k would need while keeping in mind an option for Overclocking?

Solution
99.5% of the time, your PSU requirement is determined by the GFX card(s)

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1070/

Thermal and Power Specs:
94 = Maximum GPU Temperature (in C)
150 W = Graphics Card Power (W)
500 W = Recommended System Power (W)4
8-Pin = Supplementary Power Connectors

Of course AIB cards may have higher requirements, especially for cab;le connections and again, more will be required if overclocking

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 1070 / 1080 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watts power supply unit.

GeForce GTX 1070 / 1080 SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watts power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

That card pulled 186 watts in their test and allows an increase f 20% on the power limit when overclocking. Other cards will pull more.
