I want to know if my PC can hold a new graphics card

Solution
If you buy a power supply you start with two things: One, it meets the recommendation of the manufacturer in wattage, ie "450W" or whatever they recommend for that card. Next, make sure it has the necessary pci-ex 6 or 8 pin connector required by the card you choose(if it needs one). Even if you buy a 500W PSU for a card that only needs 400W it still won't work if that PSU doesn't have the right connector.

For PUBG you'll want an Nvidia card, since that game runs better on Nvidia cards right now. At 1080p a GTX 1060 would be a good choice. You can run the game on less than that, but then you'll need to compromise on framerate and/or settings.
You will be able to physically install the card (a reasonably sized card I guess), but the problem you face is your power supply:

Looks like your PC is installed with a (low quality) 300W Power supply, which will not be sufficient for any decent graphics card. Therefore, along with the GPU, you will also need to buy a power supply. Depending on what GPU you go for, the power supply size (and quality) will matter.

By reading your specs and looking at the picture there should be no problem adding a graphics card. You might want to check the power of your PSU in case it does t have enough power.

Would a 500W power supply be sufficient?

Like I said it would greatly depend on what graphics card and the quality of PSU. Look at the first two links in my signature down below.

Depends what 500w psu? You need a quality unit otherwise you can have a 500w psu from a crappy brand whilst it can only handle up to 200w before dying.
