2 Windows OS on the same SSD?

I have a 240GB SSD and I'd like to know how would you guys go about having Windows 7 on one partition and Windows 10 on the other and still have a few games on one of the partitions. Also I would like to know if that is even recommended,

Well, from a technical point of view this shouldn't be a problem - just remember to install Win7 before Win10. However, 240GBs will fill up rather quickly with games like Far Cry Primal or FallOut 4. And considering that Win10 will hog something like 60GBs within a year, you'll probably be looking for a 1TB HDD pretty soon.
