Most expansion slot width occupied by a single graphic card ... ?

Well the question is pretty easy ... :)

Keep in mind that the biggest one i know occupies 3 slots (i know a lot of graphic cards that use 3 slots)

So i was wondering which is the biggest ... 4/5/6 ... ?

Because this card is a complete waste of well everything.
It takes up 4 slots of space in your case which means it blocks off all but the last 1-2 pci-e slots (the ones typically with the least amount of bandwidth).
Not to mention the extra cooling really wont make a difference in gameplay. Being optimistic I would not expect to gain any more than 100mhz of additional overclock vs a standard GPU with water-cooling block..

So in the end you paid a large premium for a monstrosity in your case that takes away ports and gains you next to nothing in performance.
