This is my first PC Build:

i7 7700k
Asus Strix Z270H Mobo
Asus Strix GTX 1060

I have connected all the wires that I thought were needed and I thought were the right place but evidently not. When I plug in my Computer, I get a red light on my GPU and some red lights dashed around my Motherboard. I'm not sure I plugged in the Power SW, -P LED, +P LED in the right place (my first suspicion) although a multitude of things could not be in correctly. The LED switches are both 1 pin, and the Power SW is 2 pin. I plugged these 3 in the bottom right of the motherboard trying in different pins of that area. Any help?

That's no a MoBo I am familiar with or can find.

Your MoBo Manual should show good instructions on how to do this .... if you correct the model number, i can point you to it.

Did you plug in the EPS cable from the PSU to the MoBo near the CPU ?
Did you plug in the 8-pin PCI-E cable from the PSU to the GPU ?
Did you plug in the CPU cooler fan to the CPU fan header on MoBo ?
IS the RAM in the two same color slots as shown in the pics in the MoBo manual ?

From page 1-11

The motherboard comes with a standby power LED. The LED lights up to indicate that
the system is ON, in sleep mode, or in soft-off mode. This is a reminder that you should
shut down the system and unplug the power cable before removing or plugging in any
motherboard component
. The illustration below shows the location of the onboard LED

Monitor cable is connected ?
OSD on monitor set to proper input ?
CPU fan plugged in ?
Cleared CMOS since plugging in EPS cable ?

I bought the Mobo/Cpu/fan as a bundle deal since it was quite cheap so the fan was already plugged in. Yet there are still 4 cables from the CPU fan that I haven't plugged in.

2 x 4 pin (small - horizontal)
1 x 4 pin *input* (small - horizontal)
1 x 3 pin (medium, with blue wire, red wire, green wire, and 3 black wires for them)

The 2 x 4 pin have the wires that I specified just above (1 is black and green, 1 is black and blue)

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I can upload images to imgur if that'd be better.

Edit: added unfit album of cables as described above
