2TB HDD keeps disappearing after installing an additional 1TB drive

I've got 4 HDD's and 1 SSD currently on my pc, one of them is a 2TB Seagate HDD and the one I added recently is a 1TB 2.5" Samsung. They both seemed to be working normally, until the 2TB HDD started disappearing randomly.

I've done a checkdisk on the 2TB drive and nothing wrong came up, the cables are ok, so what else could be wrong?

I'm using Windows 7 64bit Home Edition.

I've seen on a similar thread that updating the pc drivers can solve the problem since it can be an IRQ conflict with some hardware.
I've updated all the drivers which needed it and so far I haven't had the 2TB drive disconnect on me again.

I don't believe it's my psu struggling, I've consulted a psu wattage calculator on the net and it told me my pc actually consumes about 300W and my psu
is a 500W one.
