So 2 days ago I was playing like I normally do and then my second monitor went black and my main monitor had gray stripes on it. After that windows wouldn't boot up so I went into safe mode and uninstalled my graphics card drivers. After that I was able to boot up the computer again but now my GPU is not being detected.

I have both monitors plugged into the card and one is working. When I boot up the computer both screens light up with the screen used to go into my bios but only the main monitor goes into windows.
My motherboard is gigabyte ultra durable z97x-ud5h. My power supply is an 850 watt EVGA supernova. I have not had any problems with the card before this and I don't have any other PC to plug it into.

I have tried to reinstall the drivers but it keeps telling me that I need to connect an AMD GPU first.

UPDATE: I connected both monitors to the onboard graphics and only one monitor worked. The Radeon seems to be working even though windows says it isn't there except for when I start a game it crashes instantly.
