I have a prebuilt Hp envy 750-197c and i want to smack in a sick asus gtx 950 will my system be able to handle this or not? Will it even fit in my case?
Will my odense 2b47 be able to run a asus gtx 950 on a 300w psu

There's no guarantee but there is a chance it will work though I would recommend a GTX 1050 instead. Why do you prefer a GTX 950 instead of a GTX 1050? A 1050 has lower power requirements and would be more suitable for a 300W power supply.

I dint know that the gtx 1050 was compatible with my pc but are you absolutely sure that itll work on my 300w power and my odense2b47 if it it then that would be great

Yes that is the type of PC it was meant for. See Nvidia specs say 300W https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-1050/specifications
GTX 950 recommends 350W and 6-pin PCIe power connector. GTX 1050 doesn't need a PCIe power connector. It's the better option.
