For my first ever PC build I've decided to go with an AMD build rather than an intel. I'm mainly going to use this pc for gaming. Maybe a little bit of editing, but I'm not upgrading too much just to edit. Mainly going to need to play Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, Overwatch, GTA V, Battlefield 1, and For Honor at 60+ fps in 1080p on High-Ultra settings. Just need to know if my build is good enough to do so and if there are any flaws. (By the way I'm using an external 1TB storage from my XB1 and mounting it in for storage.)

My Build on PC Part Picker: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TD_Falcon/saved/qTMpbv

I'm thinking of waiting to buy until around Christmas so i can save as much money as possible on sales and get some parts as gifts.

Anyway, I have a couple of questions around my build:

Are there any decent red cases that of somewhat good quality and cheap (Preferably with ceiling fans and a PSU basement)? I know it's a lot to ask for, but I'm centering my build around red and black, but still going for cheap parts.

Am I spending too much or too little on any parts? Are there cheaper versions of things in my build on the market?

Should I downgrade my PCU? It's 550W and PCPP says by build should only take 300W; however, I plan on upgrading somewhere down the line.

At the bottom, in the compatibility notes for my cooler, is PCPP says, "The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard." What is a mounting adapter? Just a link to one and/or an explanation would help :)

Will I need more to build with than an anti-static wrist band and thermal paste? Is an antistatic building mat necessary? (Already have a magnetic tip screw driver)

Is there anything I should upgrade? Should I downgrade anything? Open to any suggestions or recommendations. Thanks! :D

Edit: Added the X in the title :p
