Help Determine Power Supply Problems

Please help me out. I added some hard drives to my 3d modeling workstation, and it has been shutting down unexpectedly. I have been loosing work, and it has become frustrating and costly. I am concerned my clients will soon start complaining about lost productivity.

I am in an apartment building with this Circuit Breaker:

help me figure out what I need to upgrade:

1) Computer Power Supply Unit ( Corsair 860 )
2) Buy a UPS, Which one?
3) Upgrade Building Power, or Move Apts
4) Cooling, It has been hot this summer

I arrived home after traveling and I have been having increased frequency of shutdowns.
It was very hot the night I arrived, and this was just 2 days after a major storm that affected the city's power system.
I was running a portable AC on a different circuit, but the circuit did trip 2-3 times
My system is plugged into a surge protector, although I unplugged all components before leaving to travel.
