Missing a lot of wires

Hey Guys, just received MSI B350M gaming pro MB, seasonic 520W PSU and NZXT S340 case. I found many wires are missing. Only got 2 sata wires from MB. Is this normal? PSU has a lot of hdd/sdd wires and PCI, 4 deep hole wires (no idea what that is). The case comes with 1 wire which has 2 long pointy and 2 blank end, does any one know what is this? Also I do not find any wire to power the 2 system fans in the case, I guess this is related to the case weird wire? my MB has many blank wire spots (see potential wire spots but no suitable wires), I don't know if it is normal for a rig? Only 2 ram and 1 GTX card inserted. Boot is successful, trying to install OS next...

The fans plug into the motherboard, look the connectors up from the manual.
The 4-pin flat connectors are called Molex and are largely useless today.
If you've plugged in everything that you can, then there's nothing else to worry about. Usually the motherboard gets two plugs from the PSU, (24-pin ATX and 4/8pin CPU power), power to each drive and then the GPU.

Yes, it's normal. The two SATA cables you got are "courtesy", they didn't have to include them. The wire to power the fan is on your fans. On your PSU the 4 deep hole are legacy.

The case wires could vary, usually there is power, reset, audio, and USB. Take a picture and show us if you want. A lot of other wire spots are if you have this or that extra hardware, and the cable comes with that hardware, or has to be purchased separately.

Your motherboard manual will show where all the cables are to plug in. The only part you can mess up is the front panel IO cables. Here's a couple examples. https://linustechtips.com/main/uploads/gallery/album_3615/gallery_292079_3615_35065.jpg

If you have doubts about what your powersupply connectors are. Here's a simple chart that has most ATX connectors http://i.imgur.com/xR2oOvf.jpg

Here's what USB connectors look like.
