Twitch tv is running slow, EVERYTHING else is running without a problem

I'm having problems with twitch being slow as you can see in the picture

I'm failing to find a solution, if someone could help me I would be so thankful.
Overall the twitch site is loading slower than it should and streams are watchable but lagging here and there and I have to watch with a delay.
Everything else is running completely fine.
Internet speeds are fine and I play a lot of multiplayer games, I will tell if something is wrong with my internet.
Yes, I've done longer tests and its constant ~250 ping,
Yes, I've done tests with other sites and ping is completely normal.
PC if you need it:
MoBo: Gigabyte B85M-D2V
GPU: GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC
CPU: i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
OS: Windows 10

The key thing is you can not change any of this.

Without a lot of digging its hard to say exactly. It appears there are 2 large over seas hops. The ip in the bottom of the trace say they are from New Zealand at least I think. Not sure why it would do this but it is likely something to do with akamai which is what the name maps to in the last hop.

akamai is use to allow the same website to map to multiple physical data centers. This is mostly done via DNS so your problem may be DNS related. Try changing your dns server to 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2. This may cause it to run to different server

Twitch actually uses multiple servers you can force it to use others but I forget how.

You need to run tracert to see where the delay is.

Although it may be extreme you might get better results using a vpn. Sometime the vpn has a better path to the data center than your direct ISP does. Your first step though is to try to find where the delay is. You can do similar tracert though the vpn. VPN are pretty cheap so it does not cost must to pay 1 month just to test.

I can't express how thankful I am with words. Thank you for helping me. Now the ping is back to the normal 30ping.
