Confused about motherboards?

I asked a question yesterday and there was a lot of arguing in the comments. I originally wanted to go for the GIGABYTE GA-H270-HD3 ATX 1151 USB3 DDR4 Motherboard but people said it isn't very future proof and to be wary of cheaper mobos. Here are my other options
1. GIGABYTE Z270X ULTRA Gaming 1151 7th Gen DDR4 2 Way SLI RGB Fusion USB Type C ATX Motherboard
2. GIGABYTE Gaming Z270XP-SLI 1151 7th Gen DDR4 2 Way SLI Motherboard - Black
Its also my first build, so nothing to complicated for my newbie brain XD

Other specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8 GHz QuadCore 6 MB Cache CPU - Black
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1060 WF2 6GB GDDR5 PCI-E
RAM: (2x) HyperX FURY DDR4 HX424C15FB2/8 Ram 8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 CL15 DIMM
PSU: Seasonic S12-II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply
SSD: SanDisk SSD PLUS 240 GB up to 530 MB/s Sata III 2.5 inch Internal SSD
HDD: WD Blue 2TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch
CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken X42 All-in-One CPU Liquid Cooling System, Black (RL-KRX42-02)
Case: NZXT Source 340 Trim Mid Tower

i am sure it has been mentioned in your previous post but your getting a motherboard that cannot take full advantage of the pricier K version CPU

with ryzen out and 8th gen intel CPU's coming out in the coming weeks it is not that futureproof anymore

this is why i don't understand why people keep posting the same question over and over. you will always get the same answers

I already have the CPU as it's my cousins old one. And people said I could overclock in the future with a Z270X. I'm just confused sorry.
If I could try and sell the CPU would the Intel Core i5-7500 3.40 GHz Base Frequency Quad Core 6 MB Cache CPU Processor be better, as I'm really not interested in overclocking for the foreseeable.

I was not aware of him not wanting to overclock. The only way he can get the intended performance out of those quad cores is by overclocking(in the future). I'm not pushing anyone for what I'm concern he can go and buy a Biostar.
I'm giving him my opinion and what I would do if I had that i5 7600K processor.

Now if you sell the i5 7600K don't bother in buying a new processor, just wait a couple of weeks for Intel's new generation of processors(they will be released soon)
