Three Thermaltake *31 TG cases. Difference?

The suppressor is designed for low noise,but it probably would tend to have higher temps as well.I have the view 31tg and I have to have a small metal fan blowing directly on my R7 370 to keep it below about 70c with the side taken off.I live on the Gulf Coast so it gets pretty hot in summer,and mild in winter.Right now at max it got to 46c,but in summer as I said it can get in the 70s without ventilation.
