Ask, My PC turn off and can't turn on again.

Hi guys, I'm starting to worried about my PC.
This day, when I play games on my PC, it turn off by itself. I'm mean nothing on.
CPU, CPU's Fans, Mouse, Keyboard all off. Like no power.
It has happened 2 times. (this day and yesterday)
When it goes off, i can't turn it on instantly by pushing the power button. I wait for a minute and unplug power cable from my PSU and then plug it again. Then i push the on button. My PC work well like nothing happens.
I'm so worried about this problem. May be u guys got any idea of my PC?
Is it PSU problem? Motherboard? or My Electricity at home?

PSU SuperFlower 550W Gold
Motherboard Asus M5A78L-M Usb3

try to use another psu it could be it and to test home outlet for wiring use this https://www.amazon.com/Electrical-Receptacle-Outlet-Ground-Tester/dp/B0012DHVQ0 every hadrware store sell something similar to this one .

-Reset the BIOS
-Monitor temperatures of GPU and CPU (use HWInfo, it's free).
-Try a better quality PSU

Superflower PSUs are usually pretty good units.

Have you monitored the systems temps? It could also be the motherboard failing as those 760g boards weren't exactly designed for 125w 8 core cpus and eventually the VRMs give up.

I use stabilizer in my home. Also my motherboard and PSU seems new, may be just 4 month used.
By the way how to know the temperature when my pc turn off instantly? Is it really overheating or not. Using HWinfo, do you mean monitoring the temp while i play games?

HWInfo should show you chipset temps.
What are your temps across hardware like while idling?
What are they when under load ?

The motherboard uses a weak amd uncooled 4+1 vrm setup. So with a 125w cpu like the 8350 they run hot and at or near capacity which will reduce thier lifespan. VRM throttling is a common issue on this board and others like it. For a 125w am3+ cpu you want atleast a 6+2 setup or ideally 8+2.
