I have a GTX 780 with a Seasonic 660w psu and a z97 motherboard. Today the graphics card stopped outputting any video. I've tried re-seating it and tried a different pcie slot. No difference. The card still seems to be powered on, the fans spin. Onboard graphics still work. If I go to device manager the gpu is not found anymore. I uninstalled the drivers and tried to reinstall, but it said that no hardware was found. Is my gpu dead or do I have another problem? I want to know before I spend the money on a new gpu.

As DRagor said, that's definitely a dead video card. If possible try the card on somebody else's PC. If it doesn't work either, get a new GPU.
