I am currently looking to build a new gaming pc to hopefully last me for a long time. Looking for something that can handle having discord and spotify (netflex or even youtube) open while gaming. I do not have a preference between intel or amd although i have never had amd hardware. I would like to keep the budget around $1,500.

This should be able to handle what you want.
