Reinstalling Windows 10 after secure erase.

Solution
No. If you already had windows 10 then no need to buy again, just Link your Microsoft account to the Windows 10 digital license on your device now. Later just install a fresh copy of windows 10 using a bootable USB with the latest ISO image and reactivate the windows by using your MS account.

Peace.
Secure Erase, or really any data sanitization method, is not the same as sending files to your computer's Recycle Bin or trash. The former will "permanently" delete files, whereas the latter only moves the data to a location that's easy to flush away from the system. There should not be any potential conflict once Secure Erase is used.
