G4560 stock cooler is very noisy and even vibrating

Recently i bought a prebuilt pc,everything works fine,the cpu temperature is good but the fan is so loud and its even vibrating
 
Solution
If it's vibrating it's either not properly attached, something is actually hitting the fan (wire for it perhaps) or someone bent the shaft on it. See if you can wiggle the cooler, then ensure no wires are in it's path. If that doesn't work then the shaft is likely bent and you'll need a new cooler

i checked the wires,theyre not hitting,ill try wiggling or maybe checking if its loose
